About Muyog

Muyog (Marurui United Youth Organization) is a community based organization founded in 2003 as an endeavor by the youth of Marurui neighborhood, in Kenya in a bid to find solutions for poverty eradication.
Muyog has been a leading change agent in Kenya since inception. Muyog envisions every youth of Marurui having life in all its fullness free from suffering through maximization of the use of the available knowledge, skills and resources for the welfare of the youth and children in Marurui.

Our Impact

Since 2008, more than 500 people have graduated

Sponsored high school students from 2012 approximately 50 who have completed school

Online jobs from Jan 2021 - date around trained and benefiting 100.

Assisted with college applications for HELB and KUCCPS over 200 successful candidates.

Feeding program from 2017 to date approximately 250 students finished primary school while in the feeding programme.

Education partnership with world vision sponsored and graduated from 2018 to date – 85 with 25 currently in training under sponsorship
